1. Acceptance of these terms

By adding Dia to a Discord server, logging in on this website, or buying Premium, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Dia. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. What Dia is

Dia is a Discord bot with a web dashboard. It offers tools for server security, welcome messages, auto replies, tickets, applications, temporary voice channels, Azkar reminders and more. Features may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have the permission to manage a server before you add or configure Dia in it.
• You are responsible for how you configure Dia and for the actions it takes on your behalf (for example deleting messages, timing out or banning members).
• Do not use Dia for anything illegal, to harass or harm others, or to break Discord's rules.
• Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer or try to bypass the limits or Premium checks of Dia or this website.
• Keep your Discord account secure. You are responsible for activity done through your login.

4. Premium

Premium is bought for one specific server and for a fixed period (monthly or yearly). The plan, period and price are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Moyasar. We never see or store your card details.

Premium is generally non-refundable once it has been activated, unless the law says otherwise. If you have a billing problem or a payment that did not activate Premium, contact us through our support server and we will help. When Premium ends, the server returns to the free plan and Premium-only features stop working.

5. Availability and changes

We try to keep Dia online and working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, pause or stop any part of the service, for example for maintenance.

6. Suspension and termination

We may limit or remove access to Dia for a user or a server that breaks these terms or Discord's rules, or that puts the service or other people at risk. You can stop using Dia at any time by removing the bot from your server.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Dia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Security and moderation tools reduce risk but cannot stop every scam, raid or abuse, and nothing Dia posts is financial advice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or actions taken by Dia according to your settings.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Dia after an update, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
