1. What we collect

• Discord login. When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you are in (scopes: identify and guilds). We use it to show you the servers you can manage.
• Server settings. The settings you save in the dashboard, such as channel and role IDs, welcome messages, auto replies, ticket and application setups, and Premium status.
• Payment records. The plan, amount, status, date, the server ID and your user ID for each order. Card details are handled only by Moyasar and never reach us.
• Technical data. Basic server logs and a session cookie that keeps you logged in.

2. How Dia handles Discord messages

Dia reads messages and events in a server only as needed for the features that server's admins turn on, such as auto replies, protection tools or tickets. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use data

• To run Dia and the features you turn on.
• To show your servers and settings in the dashboard.
• To process and verify Premium purchases.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your orders or an issue you raised.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with services needed to run Dia: Discord (login and bot) and Moyasar (payments). We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is HttpOnly and is cleared when you log out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep data

Server settings are kept while Dia is used in that server. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your data, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your choices

You can log out at any time, remove Dia from your server, and ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no online service is completely secure.

9. Children

Dia is meant for people who are old enough to use Discord under Discord's rules. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
